Nikon N8008s Fuji Pro 800z

So I was planning to shoot film at Matt & Phae’s wedding back in May but I only snapped couple pictures. Then the next time I used this camera I realized that I had accidentally, in my bag, clicked through the roll of Fuji Pro 800Z that was in the camera. I figured I could roll the film back and use it again, right? Well as you can see, yes I can. The first photo is quite interesting.

Nikon F3 Fuji Velvia 50

I’m a big fan of the Velvia 100 so when I heard that Fuji was going to reintroduce Velvia 50 I went to Adorama and grabbed a few rolls for myself. Here’s my first try at using this slide film with my dad’s Nikon F3.

Hasselblad Ilford XP2 Super

Here’s my second try at using my dad’s Hasselblad. I still need to carry around a cheat sheet for all my manual cameras or else I have no idea what to do. You can check out my first try at using this camera here!
Looking at this new batch I still have a lot to learn about shooting film or a ghost was following me.

Randomness On Film

Jonathan Canlas is my new hero. I stumbled onto his work from my sister’s tweet couple months ago. He shoots films, enough said. He inspired me to put film into my holga once again.

A Million Little Pictures

Few months ago I got a random link from my friend Scott to a photo project by Art House Co-op called “A Million Little Pictures.” The idea was to have 1000 people from around the world register to get a disposable camera. Then the 1000 people from around the world will document their lives within 24 frames, send the prints back and in late September there will be an exhibition of all the photos.
You walk by so many people everyday and there is no way you will get to meet every one of them. With photo projects like this, you’re allowed to see 24 frames of the photographers. Thats pretty damn cool.

Here for 4 of the photos from my roll of film.
